What OEM means for a mattress brand
In OEM (original equipment manufacturing) you bring the technical brief. At BRN the materials are matched to that brief, a sample is approved, and production repeats to that specification under confidentiality. OEM suits established brands that already know their constructions and want a second source or more capacity.
What ODM means
In ODM (original design manufacturing) the manufacturer develops the collection with you. At BRN that covers comfort, visual design, sampling, branding and packaging. ODM suits retailers launching their own label, e-commerce start-ups and brands entering a new market or price position.

What can be produced
Both models run on the same line, up to 15,000 units a day: pocket-spring and foam mattresses including natural latex, roll-pack mattresses and box springs. Premium collections can be made by hand to the approved specification, and European programmes use country-specific sizes.
Private label: your name on everything
Whichever model you choose, the brand on the product is yours. BRN applies it to the mattress, hang tags, cartons, brochures and point-of-sale materials. BRN has supplied private-label beds, mattresses and box springs to leading mattress brands, furniture chains and independent retailers.
How a project starts
Start with a brief: the market, sizes, construction and price position. BRN matches or designs the specification, makes a sample and tests it before volume production.
