BRN Sleep Products is a mattress and bedding manufacturer headquartered in the Kayseri Free Zone, Türkiye. Founded by Berna Gözbaşı, BRN develops and produces private-label mattresses for brands, retailers, e-commerce sellers and hotels, and exports to more than 60 countries.

Berna Gözbaşı founded BRN in 2001 as BRN Foreign Trade. The first mattress under BRN Sleep Products was produced in 2006, and the first roll-pack mattress was exported to the United Kingdom in 2008. BRN moved into its own 24,000 m² plant in 2013 and expanded the production area to 55,000 m² in 2022. BRN Bulgaria EOOD opened in Ruse in 2020, production started in South Carolina in 2021, and BRN Sleep Products Ukraine LLC was established in 2025.

BRN holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (14.HTR.42882, Hohenstein), FSC®, CertiPUR, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002. In 2021 BRN received the AKAMİB Export Champion Award and was ranked among Turkey’s Top 500 companies.

The headquarters factory is in the Kayseri Free Zone, close to major raw-material suppliers. That shortens material supply for export programmes shipped to more than 60 countries.

Yes. BRN manufactures mattresses in Türkiye in its own 55,000 m² facility in Kayseri, with an output of up to 15,000 mattresses per day. BRN holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, certificate 14.HTR.42882, issued by Hohenstein.

BRN operates a 55,000 m² production area with a daily capacity of 15,000 mattresses. The facility is 80% vertically integrated, with in-house spring production, quilting, cover sewing, assembly, roll-pack compression and quality control.

BRN produces mattresses, roll-pack (mattress-in-a-box) mattresses, hospitality mattresses, box springs and sleeping systems. Constructions use foam, pocket springs and natural fibers such as cotton, wool, bamboo, coconut fiber and natural latex.

A roll-pack mattress is compressed, vacuum-rolled and boxed for shipping. BRN’s roll-pack process cuts shipping volume by up to 75% without affecting quality, and the mattress returns to full shape within 12 hours of unwrapping. BRN produced its first roll-pack mattress in 2008.

Yes. The Kayseri line can produce up to 15,000 mattresses a day for repeat retail programmes. A collection can include many SKUs and seasonal runs, with country-specific sizes.

Roll-pack cuts shipping volume by up to 75%, so more mattresses fit in a container. BRN plans the container load and prepares the export documents. How many units fit depends on the mattress size and whether it is roll-packed.

BRN manufactures six brands. BRN Sleep Products is the main brand, with Premium, Superior and Essential collections, at brnbed.com and brnbed.us. Royal Coil uses natural materials and supportive fill layers. Hotel Concept is the hospitality range, made with OEKO-TEX® certified materials for hotel projects. Airwave, at airwave.com.tr, is a recyclable mattress with a washable, breathable cover, made without the springs, foam or latex used in conventional mattresses, for babies, children, older adults and care settings. Noa (NoaBed), at noabed.com, is BRN’s online retail brand in Türkiye. GoSleep, at gosleepco.com, is BRN’s own mattress-in-a-box brand, sold direct from the factory.

Yes. OEM means BRN manufactures to your technical brief: materials are matched, a sample is approved, and production repeats to that specification under confidentiality. ODM means BRN develops the collection with you, including comfort, visual design, sampling, branding and packaging. Both run on the same line, up to 15,000 units a day, including pocket-spring and foam mattresses, roll-pack and box springs.

Yes. BRN has supplied private-label beds, mattresses and box springs to leading mattress brands, furniture chains and independent retailers. European programmes use country-specific sizes. Your brand goes on the product, hang tags, cartons, brochures and point-of-sale materials.

Yes. BRN builds hospitality mattresses for hotels and roll-pack mattresses for e-commerce delivery, alongside showroom collections for retail and private-label programmes.

Every project follows six steps: brief, design, sample, test, production and delivery. The sample is tested before repeat production. BRN then manufactures the collection and coordinates export packing and shipment.

Yes. BRN builds pocket-spring and foam mattresses, including natural latex, wool, cotton, bamboo and coconut fiber. Premium collections can be made by hand to the approved specification. The construction is chosen for the market and the price position.

BRN holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (14.HTR.42882, Hohenstein), FSC® (C178848), CertiPUR, BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 10002:2018 and CE conformity.

A new collection is sampled and tested before it moves into repeat production. Incoming materials, in-process operations and finished products are then inspected using AQL sampling. BRN applies Total Quality Management, measures customer-defined Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics, and uses Pareto analysis, root-cause analysis (5-Why, fishbone, 8D) and preventive actions.

Yes. Materials include natural latex, wool, organic cotton, bamboo, linen and coconut fiber, plus FSC®-certified materials, SEAQUAL® fabrics made from recycled plastic, and steel springs that can be reprocessed. CertiPUR is the foam standard.

BRN exports mattresses to more than 60 countries. It provides country-specific dimensions, custom packaging and labelling, container optimization, export documentation and shipment coordination.
