From trading company to 55,000 m² manufacturer
Berna Gözbaşı founded the business in 2001 as BRN Foreign Trade. The first mattress under the BRN Sleep Products name was produced in 2006, and the first roll-pack mattress followed in 2008, exported to the United Kingdom. BRN moved into its own 24,000 m² plant in 2013 and expanded the production area to 55,000 m² in 2022.

The factory sits in the Kayseri Free Zone, close to major raw-material suppliers. That shortens material supply for export programmes shipped to more than 60 countries.
What the factory produces
Mattresses, roll-pack (mattress-in-a-box) mattresses, hospitality mattresses, box springs and sleeping systems. Constructions use foam, pocket springs and natural fibers such as cotton, wool, bamboo, coconut fiber and natural latex. A retail collection can include many SKUs and seasonal runs, with country-specific sizes.
Six brands from one factory
Besides private-label production, BRN manufactures six brands: BRN Sleep Products, Royal Coil, Hotel Concept, Airwave, Noa (NoaBed) and GoSleep.
Beyond Kayseri
