1. Comfort and construction
Choose the construction for the hotel’s guests and price position. BRN builds pocket-spring and foam mattresses, including natural latex, wool, cotton, bamboo and coconut fiber. Premium collections can be made by hand to the approved specification.
2. Sizes for every room type
A hotel group often needs several sizes in one order, and sizes differ between countries. BRN produces country-specific dimensions, so one programme can cover every room type in the destination market.
3. Certified materials
- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, certificate 14.HTR.42882 (Hohenstein), for textile components
- CertiPUR as the foam standard
- FSC® (C178848) for wood-based materials
4. Mattress and bed base from one supplier
BRN produces box springs and sleeping systems on the same line as its mattresses, so the mattress and the base can be specified, sampled and delivered together.
5. Repeat orders that match the first
A new collection is sampled and tested before repeat production. Incoming materials, in-process work and finished mattresses are then inspected with AQL sampling, and production repeats to the approved specification. That is what keeps a reorder for a new wing identical to the original rooms.
6. Delivery to the project
BRN prepares export documents, plans the container load and coordinates shipment to more than 60 countries. Whether a collection ships flat or roll-packed is decided per collection. Read more about roll-pack mattresses.
