- BRN Sleep Products manufactures private-label mattresses and bedding in the Kayseri Free Zone, Türkiye, for brands, retailers, e-commerce sellers and hotels. The factory covers 55,000 m² and can produce up to 15,000 mattresses a day. BRN holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (14.HTR.42882, Hohenstein).
- About 80% of production is vertically integrated. Pocket springs, quilting, cover sewing, assembly and roll-pack compression are done on site. BRN exports to more than 60 countries. In 2021 it received the AKAMİB Export Champion Award and was ranked among Turkey’s Top 500 companies.
- Berna Gözbaşı founded the business in 2001 as BRN Foreign Trade. The first mattress under BRN Sleep Products was produced in 2006. The first roll-pack mattress followed in 2008 and was exported to the United Kingdom. BRN moved into its own 24,000 m² plant in 2013 and expanded the production area to 55,000 m² in 2022. Roll-pack mattresses are produced for e-commerce and private-label brands; once unwrapped they return to full shape within 12 hours, and roll-pack cuts shipping volume by up to 75%.
- Factories: headquarters and factory at Kayseri Free Zone 14.St No:18, 38070 Kayseri, Türkiye, close to major raw-material suppliers. BRN Bulgaria EOOD, Ruse, Bulgaria, in operation since 2020. BRN Sleep Products USA LLC, South Carolina, USA, in production since 2021. BRN Sleep Products Ukraine LLC, established in 2025.
- OEM means BRN manufactures to the customer’s technical brief: materials are matched, samples are approved, and production repeats to that specification under confidentiality. ODM means BRN develops the collection with the customer, including comfort, visual design, sampling, branding and packaging. A new brand starts with a brief and a sample before volume production.
- The same line produces pocket-spring and foam mattresses, including natural latex, roll-pack, box springs and sleeping systems, up to 15,000 units a day. Premium collections can be made by hand. Retail programmes can carry many SKUs and seasonal collections, with country-specific sizes. Minimum order quantities and lead times are agreed with the brief.
- A programme moves from brief to design, sample, test, production and delivery. Samples are tested before repeat production. Incoming materials, in-process work and finished mattresses are checked with AQL sampling.
- Certifications: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (14.HTR.42882, Hohenstein), FSC® (C178848), CertiPUR, BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 10002:2018 and CE. Materials include natural latex, wool, cotton, bamboo and coconut fiber, plus SEAQUAL® fabrics made from recycled plastic and steel springs that can be reprocessed.
- BRN has manufactured private-label beds and mattresses for leading mattress brands, furniture chains and independent retailers. The name on the product, the hang tag and the carton is the customer’s.
